Our first Training School, designed as a hackathon, will take place on the 6th-8th March 2023. The training program for Nextflow and managing workflows is designed to equip bioinformaticians with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively create, run, and manage pipelines using nextflow. The Training School is designed for postdoctoral researchers, PhD students, and early career principal investigators who are specialized in transcriptomics, genomics, and computational biology related to grapevine and are highly motivated to promote good workflow management practices.
