GRAPEDIA Kick-off meeting
The GRAPEDIA (Grapevine Genomics Encyclopedia) Initiative has as main goal providing the community with a single open-access portal, allowing data exploration and visualization of all grapevine resources, with tools for comparative analysis and customized services. Destined as a centralized portal, we aim to interconnect and showcase these dispersed resources, integrating them with databases, tools and efforts generated by the worldwide community. The target group is the entire scientific community working on grapevine as well as the private sector working on R&D in vitiviniculture. The Grapedia Kickoff Meeting (held online 23 Nov 2022) gathered CIG Team members, people already volunteering to contribute to the project and invited speakers with valuable experience on databases and FAIR data. Over 200 attendees listened in to the event from around the globe.
This is the recording of the entire meeting.
